Set in the mountain village of Methven, this resort is comprised of 45 comfortable rooms ranging from studio to family rooms all with ensuite bathrooms, our on site- Patrons Bar & Restaurant, multiple ski storage and drying rooms, and a guest laundry.

It is Methven’s largest hotel and conference venue with stunning views from their conference rooms and restaurant which currently caters for breakfast and dinner. For large or small conferences, occasions and functions, we can tailor to all events and needs.

The complex was built in 1985 and is a tilt slab construction with 3 levels of accommodation, aimed at the skiers with Mount Hutt and other ski fields in close proximity.

A one hour drive from Christchurch International Airport, Methven Resort is well placed to service conferences, and other functions, large or small.

Methven Resort is sitting on 1.2 hectares with plenty of off-street parking and stunning outside areas to sit and enjoy a leisurely drink.
