Indian Minar came into existence in 2007 and was the first Indian restaurant in Ashburton. Indian Minar is not simply considered a restaurant. 

The menu is extensive and complete, inspired by North Indian cuisine and topped off with a list of premium wines. 

In addition, Indian Minar is also fully licensed to serve alcohol.
